WHO I AM:
I’ve spent over 20 years leading customer-facing teams, from scrappy startups to Shopify. I’ve built systems, coached leaders, and fixed customer journeys that were slowly catching fire.
WHY I DO THIS:
Most businesses treat CX like a support inbox. I treat it like the engine of growth. I started ScaleReady to help founders and teams fix misaligned systems before they lose their best people and customers.
MY STYLE:
I work fast, ask uncomfortable questions, and bring practical tools instead of fluff. If you're looking for a CX strategist who’ll quietly write a 97-page PDF… that’s not me.
